Started in 2001, as cooperative business of independently certified indoor air and water quality specialists, mold inspectors, biocide applicators, service technicians, mold awareness trainers and mold remediators. Each member of our team has been trained in the proper use of sanitization and oxidation equipment, application of anti-microbials, protectants, encapsulates and disinfectants. This allows us to offer a more holistic approach to indoor, air quality problems. There is always a solution to every problem.
At Pure Energy Pro, we investigate air, water and surface quality problems and develop indoor air quality profiles for residential and commercial clients. The purpose of each profile is to identify the exact type of fungi, the source, the amount of contamination and the industries best protocols for sanitization or remediation. We offer safe and effective solutions all backed by national warranties. We are honestly looking to safe you money and solve your pollution!
Each inspection includes: a visual inspection (exterior and interior of the building), at least five sample methods (bulk, tape lift, swab, air), photos of the test site and contributing problems, moisture meter readings, occupants’ interviews, specific protocol, lab fees and report, an assessment of the situation and a final copy (hard and/or soft) of the inspection. The inspection for homes starts at $350. Additional costs include each test location over 5 is $50 each if done with inspection, if wanting just samples its $60-75 per location: lab sample photos, specific bacteria ID, MRVE test and toxic-free solutions.
